Practical guidance for looking after your garment. Always follow the care label on your piece.
Start with the garment label
Follow the care label attached to your garment. It takes priority over general advice on this page because fabrics, prints and finishes can require different care. If the label is missing or unclear, contact the store with the product name before washing.
Washing and drying
Where the care label permits washing, separate similar colours and turn printed or embellished garments inside out. Use the temperature and cycle stated on the label. Do not tumble dry, bleach or dry clean unless the label permits it.
Ironing and storage
Use only the ironing temperature permitted on the care label. Avoid direct heat on prints and decorations. Let garments dry fully before storing them in a clean, dry place.
A problem with your piece
Contact the store with your order number, product name and clear photographs. Describe what happened and any washing or care already carried out, so we can assess the issue and advise on the next step.
