Information we collect

We collect the account, contact, delivery, order and payment-reference information needed to operate noblescar. Payment proof submitted by a customer is restricted to that customer and authorised store administrators.

Browser storage

The website uses browser storage to keep your shopping bag and maintain account sign-in. You can clear this data using your browser settings. Clearing it may sign you out or remove items saved in your shopping bag.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, process and deliver orders, prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions, provide customer support and maintain required business records. We do not sell customer information.

Service providers

Firebase provides website hosting, sign-in and data storage. Stripe processes supported online payments. Resend is used for transactional email delivery. When a parcel is booked, delivery details are passed to iShip and the selected carrier to fulfil the order. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Retention and security

We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, support, legal and accounting obligations. Access controls and security rules restrict customer, administrator and public access, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of your customer information, or ask about deletion where retention is not required by law or an active transaction. Contact the store using the details published on the Contact page and include enough information for us to verify the request.
