Remote areas and international delivery

Remote-area and international delivery is quoted at the carrier's actual available rate after we review the destination, parcel size, weight, duties and service availability. We will confirm the complete order total before requesting payment. Import duties, taxes or local charges remain the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Order handling and tracking

Your order is created at checkout. Preparation begins after payment is confirmed. Tracking details appear in your Account when the store records dispatch. A shipping label being created does not mean the carrier has received the parcel. Delivery time starts when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Returns and exchanges

Please contact the store within 7 days of delivery before returning an item. Products must be unused, unworn and returned with their original packaging. Include your order number and reason for the request. The store will review the request and provide return instructions before you send the item back.

Problems with an order

If a parcel arrives damaged or an item is incorrect, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs. We will review the record and provide the appropriate resolution under applicable consumer law.

Return review and refunds

Submitting a return request does not automatically approve a refund. The store reviews the request and records the returned item as received before processing an approved refund. Your Account shows return and refund updates. Contact the store if you need help with a bank-transfer payment or cannot find an update.
